Accommodation information / guest requests
Our frontdesk service team will assist you with requests for additional toiletries, towels, pillows, blankets, adaptors, essential items, laundry service, cots etc. – just contact us via the dedicated Whatsapp group or seek for one of our team members at the reception or the pool bar.
Fire & emergency
For evacuation follow route on the back of your bedroom door, leaving the hotel by the nearest exit. Fire assembly point to the front of the pool bar. Regular fire evacuation drills will be notified
